In closing remarks at the trial of White Supremacist William White Tuesday, the lead prosecutor in the case conjured the murders of a Chicago judge’s family, then called White a “ghoul.”

The defense accused prosecutors of trying to inject emotion into the trial.

Assistant U.S. Attorney William Hogan detailed how White reacted in 2005 when he heard U.S. District Judge Joan Lefkow found her husband and mother murdered.

“Good for them! Was my first thought,” White wrote in an online posting to his hate website overthrow.com.

“Everyone involved in the (white supremacist Matthew) Hale trial has deserved assassination for a long time.”

After reading the entry, Hogan pointed at White in disgust.

“This ghoul sitting over here is washing his hands in Lefkow family blood,” Hogan said.

White, of Roanoke, Va., is on trial for posting personal information in 2008 on the same website about the foreperson who deliberated in Hale’s trial.

Hale was convicted of ordering the head of his security to kill Lefkow. That man was an FBI informant. Hale is now serving a 40-year sentence. A disgruntled litigant not tied to a hate group carried out the Lefkow slayings.

Prosecutors said White posted the juror’s information targeting “the susceptible ones, the stupid ones, the crazy ones” hoping someone would do harm to the juror.

“You don’t get to solicit murder and have it protected by the First Amendment,” Hogan said.

Defense lawyer Nishay Shanan said White has every right to post the information, that it was all public information and that White never asked anyone to harm the juror.

Shanan said it amounted to nothing more than harassment.

“Like it or not, the First Amendment protects that speech,” Shanan said.

“You can’t take protected free speech and suddenly make it a crime.”

White once posted similar information about the Miami Herald’s syndicated columnist Leonard Pitts, an FBI agent testified.

White ripped one of Pitts’ columns, called him a racial slur, then posted his personal information online.

The Pulitzer-prize winning columnist testified in a separate trial involving White in 2009.

White was eventually convicted on four counts. He was acquitted of three other counts in that trial, including the Pitts count.

Prosecutors called two former members of White’s group to testify about their involvement in White’s group, the American National Socialist Workers Party.

Each allegedly received letters from White after he was arrested with instructions on how they should testify before a grand jury, asserting that the website did not encourage criminal activity.

Michael Burks of Louisville, Ky., disagreed. He testified he interpreted some of White’s postings as invitations to do harm to others.

“I don’t know any other definition of ‘kill,’” Burks said, referring to one of White’s postings.

“When you give out his address and tell ‘em: ‘Kill this bastard,’ I don’t know what else it could mean.”

Phil Anderson, a former ANSWP member, turned over letters Bill White wrote him from prison urging him and others not to harm a federal judge. The prosecution used the letters to help convict him. Could be facing 3 more years in prison.

A federal jury in Chicago took only a few hours to convict Roanoke Neo-Nazi Bill White on a charge related to threatening the former jury foreman.

No sentencing date has been set.

White's attorney, Nishay Sanan, said his next move will be to petition a judge to have a bond hearing on either January 18th or a few days afterward.

White will have served all the prison time required after his Roanoke convictions in late December 2009.

With the exception of a few days when White was released on bond in the late summer of 2009, White has been in prison since October 2008.

While White could receive a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison, Sanan expects federal prosecutors to ask for at least three years.

Sanan said he will argue at sentencing that White's time served should count toward his Chicago punishment.

Federal prosecutors said they believe White is exactly where he belongs--- in prison, and they intend to keep him there.

Prosecutors said two letters White wrote from Roanoke City Jail a few days after his initial incarceration helped prove their case.

White wrote to members of his American National Socialist Workers' Party, or ANSWP, urging them to reach out to the group's Chicago connections to make sure no one hurt the former jury foreman.

Prosecutors said the letters were proof White knew someone could act out on a post he wrote on his former website, overthrow.com, which prosecutors said essentially encouraged readers to harm the juror, the victim in this case.

Bill White moved from Berekley prison to OKC transfer center

In the middle of the night, and with no notice, ~~ANSWP~~ leader Bill White was dragged out of his prison cell, probably screaming, and put right on a plane to the Oklahoma City Federal inmate transfer facility. They never do give an inmate notice when they do this.

He will then be transferred to Illinois to stand trial on multiple felonies of threatening juries and judges and facing years more of prison time.

And Bill White loses again in court, tried to argues his mental illness was discriminated against.

“… Plaintiff complains that Rita Parker, the Director of the LCCC [Lebanon Community Correction Center], will not accept him from the Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”). The LCCC provides a half-way house programming for the BOP. Plaintiff argues that the defendants will not accept him into the half-way house program because of his alleged Narcissistic Personality Disorder and on-going violent behaviors. Plaintiff argues that the defendants are discriminating against him, in violation of the ADA [Americans with Disabilities Act], by not allowing him to participate in the half-way house program because of “the perception” of his personality disorder. Plaintiff filed a substantially similar action in White v. Secor, Inc., No. 7:10-cv-00345 (W.D. Va.), and plaintiff requests that the court take judicial notice of it. Plaintiff filed in that action a copy of a letter to establish his attempts to exhaust administrative remedies. Plaintiff also acknowledged in his prior complaint that he “does not actually suffer from Narcissistic Personality Disorder.” Plaintiff states that the diagnosing physician used improper methodology, and it was subsequently determined that the physician could not substantiate his diagnosis. Plaintiff requests as relief in the instant action an injunction compelling the defendants to accept his transfer from the Bureau of Prisons and damages of $1,000 per day after September 27, 2010 that the plaintiff is not transferred to the LCCC.

…To state a claim under Title III of the ADA, a person alleging discrimination must show, inter alia, that he is disabled within the meaning of the ADA and the defendant is a private entity that owns, leases, or operates a place of public accommodation…([including] an inn, … restaurant, a motion picture house,… an auditorium, … or other place of public gathering;”). However, by plaintiff’s own admission, plaintiff is not disabled within the meaning of the ADA. Plaintiff alleged that he does not, in fact, suffer from Narcisstic Personality Disorder. Thus, plaintiff does not qualify for relief under the ADA. Moreover, plaintiff fails to establish that the private correctional facility is a place of public accommodation… [DELETED - PREVIOUS CASES WHICH FOUND THAT A PRISON IS NOT A PLACE OF PUBLIC ACCOMMODATION UNDER THE LAW / PLACES OF PUBLIC ACCOMMODATION DO NOT INCLUDE PRISONS]. Accordingly, the court dismisses the action without prejudice as frivolous because plaintiff readily admitted he is not disabled and seeks a prison transfer under ADA. III.

For the foregoing reasons, the court dismisses the complaint without prejudice as frivolous, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. …1997e(c), and denies the remaining motions as moot…”

This Court, being of the opinion that all parties had the benefit of a fair and impartial trial, denies all post-trial motions filed in this case, to wit, Defendant William A. White’s Motion to Set Aside the Verdict.

On the Court’s own motion, the jury’s award of compensatory damages against Defendant American National Socialist Worker’s Party is reduced from $280,000 to $265,000 so as to conform to the total award of damages against Defendant White, the liability both defendants being joint and several.

In accordance with the jury verdict as amended, it is that each of the plaintiffs named below have judgment against and recover from Defendants White and American National Socialist Worker’s Party jointly and severally in the amount listed beside each name, plus interest at the legal rate from the date of this Order until paid, plus each plaintiff’s taxable costs:

PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
1. On February 24, 2010 (the “Filing Date”), the debtor Harold C. Turner (the ‘Debtor”)
filed a voluntary petition pursuant to Chapter 7 of Title 11 of the United States Code (the

“Bankruptcy Code”).
2. Benjamin A. Stanziale, Jr. was appointed Chapter 7 Trustee (the “Trustee”) for the
Debtor’s estate on February 24, 2010.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
3. This adversary proceeding is brought under Case No. 10-15164 (DHS) now pending
before this Court.
4. This Court possesses jurisdiction over the subject matter of this action pursuant to 28
U.S.C. §§157(b)(1) and 1334(b), as this action arises under, in, or is related to a case under the
Bankruptcy Code.
5. This Court further possesses jurisdiction according to the terms of the “District Court
General Order of Reference” of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey dated
July 23, 1984, as it arises under the Debtors’ Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases pending in this Court.
6. This adversary proceeding is brought pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§542 and 727.
7. This is a core proceeding within the meaning of 28 U.S.C. §157(b)(2)(A), (E), (J) and
(O).
8. Venue is proper under 28 U.S.C. §1409(a).
FACTUAL ALLEGATIONS
9. The Debtor, who publicly identifies publicly known as “Hal Turner,” is an internet
blogger who hosted an internet radio program on what he called the “Turner Radio Network.” Over
the years, the Debtor gained notoriety, in some circles, for his extreme right-wing political beliefs
and his support of what he called the “pro-white movement.”
10. The debtor’s petition and schedules indicate that he owes about $95,000 in unsecured
debt. He has no secured debt according to his petition and schedules. He apparently resides in a

condominium that he shares with his wife, Phyllis Turner. He scheduled neither rent payments nor
mortgage payments.
11. He claims to live on government subsidies of about $860 per month and claims
expenses of about $960 per month.
12. His wife, Phyllis Turner, filed for bankruptcy in 2001. In her petition and schedules,
she claimed that she was the 100% owner of the condominium, which she valued at $87,400 with a
first-lien of $69,000. She exempted her equity and the property was abandoned by her trustee,
Carmen Maggio.
13. The Debtor was recently convicted on charges of making terroristic threats against
three United States Circuit Judges, having written on his blog that they “deserve to be killed.” He
has been tried on the same charges two prior occasions in the United States District Court for the
Eastern District of New York on these charges - both times to hung juries.
14. The docket of the Debtor’s criminal proceedings identifies three attorneys as his
defense counsel. Two of them are private practice attorneys; neither is scheduled as a creditor in his
bankruptcy filings. The Debtor does not indicate anywhere on his petition how he has paid his
criminal defense attorneys.
15. The Debtor frequently commented during his radio broadcasts of his overall net
worth. During a broadcast in October 2007, the Debtor stated:
My house is paid off. My cars are paid off. I’ve got $100,000 in Fidelity Mutual
Funds and another $150,000 in Commerce Capital. That totals $250,000 cash. How
many others in the movement can say that? Yet some deride me as begging for
money when I can buy and sell just about any of them.

16. The Trustee issued a Rule 2004 subpoena to the Debtor requesting that he appear for
examination and produce various documents pertaining to his assets and net worth.
17. On August 3, 2010, the date on which the Debtor was obligated to produce

documents by 4 p.m., the Debtor’s counsel called the Trustee’s counsel to advise that the Debtor
would not produce documents on August 3, 2010 and could not appear for the Rule 2004
examination scheduled for the next day.
18. Thereafter, the Trustee filed a motion with this Court seeking to extend the deadline
to file a non-dischargeability complaint against the Debtor. The Court granted the motion, extended
the deadline to file until September 30, 2010, and provided in the Order that the Debtor must sit for
the Rule 2004 examination and produce documents no later than September 10, 2010.
19. The Debtor did not comply with the deadlines in the Court’s order.
20. On September 15, 2010, the Trustee’s counsel wrote to the Debtor requesting his
prompt compliance with the Order requiring him to make Rule 2004 disclosures and appear for a
Rule 2004 examination. This letter was copied to the Debtor’s bankruptcy attorney.
21. Neither the Debtor nor his counsel thereafter contacted the Trustee’s counsel to
arrange for compliance with the Court’s Order.
FIRST COUNT
(Objection to Discharge Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §727(a)(3))

23. Defendant has destroyed or failed to keep or preserve any recorded information,
including books, documents, records, and papers, from which Defendant’s financial condition or
business transactions might be ascertained.

discharge pursuant to Section 727(a)(3) of the Bankruptcy Code; awarding to Plaintiff his costs of

THIRD COUNT

32. Defendant has failed to explain satisfactorily any loss of assets or deficiency of assets
to meet his liabilities.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant denying Defendant’s
discharge pursuant to Section 727(a)(5) of the Bankruptcy Code; awarding to Plaintiff his costs of
suit, including reasonable attorneys’ fees; and granting to Plaintiff such other relief as this Court
deems just and proper.
FIFTH COUNT
(Objection to Discharge Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §727(a)(6))

34. The Debtor has disobeyed a lawful order of this Court to produce documents in
response to the Trustee’s Rule 2004 notice.
35. The Debtor has disobeyed a lawful order of this Court to testify pursuant to the
Trustee’s Rule 2004 and the refusal to testify was not on based on his privilege against self-
incrimination.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant denying Defendant’s

38. Accordingly, pursuant to the provisions of Section 542(a) of the Bankruptcy Code,
the Debtor must account and turn over to the Trustee that property which is property of the estate.

You know something. I don't buy into it. Sure, there are tea party types who are racist. But it's more that white supremacist are linking themselves to Tea Party types, then the other way around. White supremacist groups are parasites that will try to attach themselves to anything.

I do think these Tea Party types are full of shit. Like I have said many types, beware of any group that cries "freedom", "1st amendment", "patriot", etc. They are the first ones who want to remove those things from anyone who disagrees with them.

Well, Kevin (INAUDIBLE) sees what's going on, so he gives me the signal, like, I'm coming. Move. So, as he is running at them from behind, I kick one bottle out of the hand and move to the side. And he clotheslines these two guys. They just slammed...

BLITZER: Let's talk to the investigation right now, David Gletty. He's the author of the book "Undercover Nazi: The FBI Infiltration of Extremist Groups in America."

David, thanks very much for coming in.

You spent four years pretending you were a neo-Nazi; is that right?

GLETTY: Yes, that is right.

BLITZER: How -- how worried are you about these guys? Is it just talk for the most part, or what we saw yesterday, is there action that's being planned out there, potentially deadly action?

GLETTY: Wolf, there's actions planned. Like, myself and my investigative partner, Joe, we infiltrated them for many years. We were a part of meetings they had.

Many times, they would plan terrorist acts. And a couple times, the groups that we did infiltrate did go through with some terrorist acts. One was 2006 Jacksonville, Florida. They went and shot up a building with assault rifles to close down a communist rock 'n' roll festival that was supposed to go on. That event was canceled. And that was a terrorist act.

So, no matter how crazy they act, we need to take everything they say seriously, just I like did while working undercover, and do not let anything, any rock go unturned.

BLITZER: And you have suggested that these guys, basically, the violent ones, they go out in groups of, what, two or three. They don't really act alone; is that right?

GLETTY: Yes. What we call them is splinter cells, where they have groups of two or three, sometimes four. And they work separate than the large group.

Most of these people, especially the elders in the groups, they know that the movement is infiltrated by operatives like myself and criminal informants. So, they know that, any big events, to keep your mouth shut, don't discuss any plans when you have more than four or five, six people in a room.

Then, after these large events, say a rally, they have the little after-parties. And that's when they are around drinking beer, cooking food, just like an all-American barbecue. And they will go into a back bedroom, sit at a table, whip out their laptop computers, bring up satellite photos of targets that they want to hit, and they will have the main guys there. And myself and my investigative, Joe -- my investigative partner, Joe, were privy, because we built our characters so well to fit in with these guys. They invited us to some of these parties. And we were able to stop some of these smaller terrorist acts and prevent people from being harmed. But we would get them on recording devices.

And there are guys in prison because of the recording devices that we wore. And you cannot beat your own voice in front of a judge talking about these terrorist acts. Then we would get them on recording device committing the acts. And then get them on recording bragging about the acts. There is nothing you can do about that. And they go to prison.

BLITZER: That's pretty strong, pretty strong evidence.

The 88-year-old suspect in this case, did your paths ever cross?

GLETTY: Yes, sir, I believe, back in 2006. I believe it was early 2006 up at a Klan rally at the Klan -- the old redneck shop, the only Klan museum in the United States of America.

And, these guys, they are proud. They are proud of having that museum. And a lot of times during these museums, they would have 400 people there. And Sonny Hodges (ph), he vouched for myself and my investigative partner, Joe. He brought us into the Klan. And that was very important, building our character.

And Mr. Von Brunn was pointed out to myself and Joe. We were told that he was a hero in the white power movement because he served time in prison for the white power movement. And they consider him or any white person in jail for a racially -- for a racial crime as a POW, a prisoner of war, held in prison by the imperialistic government.

BLITZER: Well, you say that they usually act in groups of three. Do you believe James Von Brunn, the suspect yesterday, acted alone or had others who knew or helped him plot this?

GLETTY: Well, I hate to go against what some of the other police officers and detectives have said.

But, from my knowledge, working undercover, I know, pretty strongly, I guarantee there is at least two or three other people out there that knew Mr. Von Brunn, what he was up to. And they helped in some part of the planning.

He might have been the only one that acted out in the violence. But I guarantee you, there are other people that knew exactly what was going to happen.

BLITZER: You are a very -- you're a very courageous guy to have done for four years what you did. hand you are still courageous right now for speaking out.

How worried are you, given the fact that there are some bad guys out there watching you?

GLETTY: Well, I know that a group of 10 people are not going to show up here and gun me down in the streets. It's the lone wolves I'm worried about.

And those are the hardest ones to infiltrate. Those are the more intelligent people, intelligent as far as not sharing their ideas with -- with everyone at the party. Those are the ones that are very careful. A handpicked few members of their crew are the only ones there during the meetings.

And we need to take this serious. I am not saying this to scare people, but they are out there. And these guys are actively making plans. And they might sit down and plan out some acts. Sometimes, they back down because they get afraid of being caught.

But I guarantee you, they are out there right now, as we speak, hailing Mr. Von Brunn as a hero. And now they want to follow up with their own type of terrorist act.

In the past two weeks, Timothy Bland, a federal informant who worked with Hal Turner to “set me up” in a terrorism conspiracy plead guilty charges of threatening to murder my wife and daughter. In particular, Bland, who testified to my grand jury that I was operating paramilitary training camps and had ordered the “assassination” of Leonard Pitts, stated “I set your husband up at the Grand Jury. Now I’m going to finish the job. I’m going to kill you and your daughter.” He proceeded, over the course of five hours, to make additional sexual and threatening remarks.

At the time he did this, he was staying at a hotel paid for by the FBI, and had traveled to Roanoke on an FBI witness stipend. He had been scheduled to testify at my trial – but was yanked at the last minute.

To my knowledge, no news media has covered this.

Instead, there has been news coverage of three arsons at two properties – one I own, and one I used to own.

But, there is no question the media has run these stories to encourage arson at my properties. Why is not clear, as they are mostly making me insurance money and giving me much more satisfactory liquidation of the buildings.

With this, though, has come an uptick in rhetoric against me from the US Attorney’s Office and the government, at a time when I, a nominal “minimum” security prisoner, have been locked down in maximum security conditions. This, and another uptick in internet chatter attacking me may make some people ask “Why?”

First, even though the government feels they “lost” my case, and even though three attorneys – Tom Bondurant, Paige Fitzgerald, and Kevin Mottley – have lost their jobs for frivolously prosecuting me – I am completely beaten. My family has been destroyed. My business has been destroyed. I have been tortured and brutalized by the Bureau of Prisons to a point I have often not wanted to continue living. There is nothing left to take from me – no further damage that can be done. The irony is that all of these people attacking me, collectively, have done so much harm, they are now powerless to hurt me further.

So, why the anger?

They are furious that I refuse to say “2 + 2 = 5″. That’s where it starts and where it ends.

The logic of communism is that no one is permitted to think against it. Everyone must submit.

To achieve this, communists torture people until they confess, then murder them.

In our society, much like the North Koreans in the 1950s, they torture people until they repent, then parade them on TV to promote communism.

Their first point of anger is that I refused to confess to a terrorist conspiracy I was not involved in and which did not exist. The government needs these conspiracies to survive. It’s like Goldstein in 1984 – there must be an ever present threat. I refused to give them one. And with Turner and [name temporarily withheld] convicted, the truth is coming out.

Second, I’m innocent and will probably be acquitted on appeal. This infuriates them. They hate innocent people much more than the guilty. They need guilt to survive.

Third, a hearing on my release is likely soon – as well as my release. When I am released, I will probably speak about what happened to me. People will listen – I have a way of getting people’s ear. And they fear this.

Fourth, and perhaps most importantly, I simply refuse to admit they were right – and in their hearts, they aren’t really sure I was [wrong], either.

Upon my release, I intend to go back to business, spend time with my daughter, finish my degree, and finish an encyclopedic ten volume history of the Aryan peoples in Europe (2200 BC – 2000 AD), that I have been writing and researching these past two years – something, I hope, comparable to Gibbon’s Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire. I will continue writing and publishing for those who want to read it, but I doubt I will ever be involved in “politics”.

So, there is no reason to keep kicking me, and, you are unlikely to incite a patsy to murder me. Either have the courage to kill me, or leave me alone. You can’t have what you want – I will never admit you were right -and the biggest temper tantrum in the world won’t get it for you. If brutalizing me, impoverishing me and destroying my family hasn’t broken me – don’t think anything else you can do will.

A Baltimore man who claimed to be part of the Aryan Brotherhood pleaded guilty today to threatening the wife and daughter of jailed white supremacist Bill White.

Timothy Grant Bland, 45, admitted in federal court in Roanoke to sending a threat via interstate commerce, a federal charge that carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison.

On Dec. 20, while White was serving a jail term for making threats, Bland made a series of profane phone calls to Meghan White, said he was coming to shoot her and her infant daughter, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said today in a statement.

“You’re a disgrace,” Bland said in one of the calls, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. “Aryan Brotherhood is coming for you … And if he does get out and gets free, he won’t last six months.”

In subsequent calls, Bland said he was coming to Roanoke, then that he was in Roanoke and coming to shoot Meghan White and her daughter.

U.S. attorney’s office spokesman Brian McGinn said Bland also texted Megan White a picture of his genitals.

Bland was subpoenaed to testify at White’s criminal trial in December, but was never called to the witness stand, McGinn said. Meghan White said she had never met Bland and did not think her husband had met him either, McGinn said.

Note: That's a outright lie. Bill White and Meghan White both met Tim Bland at a ANSWP conference in Roanoke. Meghan was the secretary there. She's a lying sack of shit by saying this.

Meghan White was terrified by the calls, McGinn said. She spent that night in her daughter’s bedroom, then moved in with relatives, McGinn said.

When authorities tracked down Bland, the text message picture of his genitals was still on his phone, McGinn said. Bland acknowledged the picture was of him, but said he did not remember sending it, McGinn said. Bland did not deny calling Meghan White, McGinn said.

Bland claimed the incident resulted from a “psychotic episode” triggered by alcohol and medication, McGinn said.

The same night Bland called Meghan White, he phoned 911 in Baltimore and said he was former member of a Nazi organization and that people were trying to kill him.

Bland was allowed to stay free on bond awaiting sentencing.

White, who moved to Roanoke in 2004 and gained notoriety with a website that trumpeted his neo-Nazi ideology — and a tendency to insert himself into racial controversies across the country — was convicted in December of threatening people in Missouri, Delaware and Virginia. He was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison.

In August, a civil lawsuit in federal court ended in a $545,000 judgment against White. He had been sued by five black women to whom he’d sent threatening letters after they became involved in a housing discrimination dispute with their white landlord in Virginia Beach.

Brief recap: I am the first Editor of an American media outlet to be jailed for an Editorial since 1798. The last U.S. Editor jailed for an editorial was Benjamin Franklin Bache, grandson of Benjamin Franklin, making my arrest truly historic.

I was arrested on June 24, 2009 after publishing an Editorial which was critical of the way three federal Judges violated the US Constitution and violated a recent US Supreme Court Ruling. I wrote that the Judges were "traitors" to the United States and were tyrants. I quoted Thomas Jefferson's "Tree of Liberty Letter" which said "The tree of liberty must be replenished from time to time with the blood of tyrants and patriots." I then wrote "Let me be the first to say this plainly, these judges deserve to be killed."

The government claims that saying the judges "deserve to be killed" is a threat to actually go out and kill them! I know that saying someone "deserves" something is just an opinion; it is perfectly lawful free speech.

Based on what I wrote, the government charged myself with "threatening to assault and murder three United States judges." This is an incredibly serious charge and defending against it is incredibly expensive.

Upon my arrest, I hired Michael Orozco, a partner in the law Firm Bailey & Orozco of Newark, NJ. Needless to say, this type of attorney does not come cheap. Thousands had to be spent to retain him.

I was arraigned in June but because I made a fund-raising appeal by phone to my radio audience, the Assistant US Attorney in New Jersey went ballistic. He mischaracterized that appeal as nefarious and the Magistrate Judge in New Jersey denied Bail pending my transfer to Chicago where the charges were filed.

I got to Chicago about 30 days later, having been held in federal custody in Newark, NJ, Oklahoma City, OK and finally Chicago. When I got to Chicago, I figured the government would have finally come to its senses, would have read his FBI records and realized it was the FBI itself that trained myself in what was legal to say, and would have come to its senses. Sadly, that was not the case.

Instead of admitting their mistake, the government declared me a “high threat risk” and a “threat to government” and argued to Magistrate Martin Ashman in Chicago that I should be held without bail as a “danger to the community.” Stunned by this ridiculous and outrageous conduct, and having suffered a brutal media onslaught smearing him nationally, I instructed my lawyers to reveal his status with the FBI. This revelation – in open court - stunned Magistrate Ashman, who “continued” the bail hearing until August 10 so I could subpoena the FBI and prove I was no danger to anyone.

On August 10 when the Bail hearing resumed, the nationally-notorious Chicago corruption showed itself in all its ugliness. Despite having been served with Subpoenas, five members of the FBI failed to show up in court. Even more stunning, Assistant US Attorney William Hogan told Magistrate Ashman that no FBI people would be coming to the hearing because Hogan told them to ignore the subpoenas!

Instead of holding the FBI in contempt, and instead of Holding AUSA William Hogan in contempt, Magistrate Ashman halted the bail hearing without hearing any evidence or any testimony and ordered me held without bail. It was the single most astonishing shredding of the Constitution we’ve ever seen! My right to due process, my right to compel witnesses to testify on my own behalf and my right to bail were crushed as though they didn’t even exist. I was sent back to federal prison, to be held in solitary confinement inside the Special Housing Unit (the SHU) as a “high risk threat” and “threat to government.”

THE SHU:

The SHU is a jail within a jail. It’s where prisoners are sent when they break prison rules. Prisoners in the SHU are confined 23 hours a day, 7 days a week. When I asked why I was being punished, the prison told me “you are not being punished, you’re being held in Administrative Detention.” I asked ‘What’s the difference between Administrative detention and disciplinary segregation for those who had broken prison rules?” I was told “Prisoners in disciplinary segregation are being punished; those in Administrative segregation are not.” It was actually the same treatment but the prison just CALLED one “punishment!”

To put this in proper perspective for you, the federal prison in Chicago has all sorts of real and dangerous criminals: Murderers, rapists, armed robbers, those who committed horribly violent aggravated assault, gang-bangers, drug king-pins and the like. ALL those prisoners get to come out of their cells for about 14 hours every day to watch TV, watch movies, listen to radio, read books, shower, use the telephone, use the rooftop gym to exercise, buy a full range of foods, snacks and beverages from the prison commissary. They could do all those things but I COULD NOT!

I was only allowed out to shower on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Unlike the murderers, rapists, drug king-pins, gang bangers and other criminals held in the same prison, I could not watch TV, could not watch movies, could not listen to radio, could not read books. While all those (real) criminals could call their families, I could not. I was only allowed to phone home once a month! While all those (real) criminals could go outside once a day to exercise on the prison rooftop, I could not. I was restricted to (literally) a “cage” in the center of the SHU. The cage is a 10’ x 20’ cage with a broken exercise bike and a pull-up bar inside. That was my 1 hour of “recreation” every day while I was in the SHU. While the (real) criminals in the same prison could order a full range of food, snacks and other items from the prison Commissary, I could not. I was forced to select from a restricted list, unable to even buy a pen to write home. While all those criminals could call their lawyers anytime they wanted, I could not. I was restricted to calling my lawyers only twice a week.

Seeing this corruption first-hand, seeing the brutal isolation being forced upon myself, and realizing that commuting from Newark, NJ to Chicago was unrealistic, my attorney, Michael Orozco strongly recommended I add an additional lawyer to act as local counsel. I added Chicago Attorney Nishay K. Sanan to join the fight. Mr. Sanan cost thousands more to retain.

The lawyers went to work with gusto. With the corruption so obvious, my lawyers got all the federal Judges in the entire 7th US Circuit “recused” from hearing the case. No federal judge in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan or Wisconsin could be involved. Next, the lawyers got an honest federal Judge from Louisiana, designated to the case.

Once the honest Judge from Louisiana got involved, things turned in my favor. First, the Lawyers successfully argued for a change of venue. This is very rare in federal court cases, but thanks to good lawyers and an honest Judge, the case was transferred from Chicago to Brooklyn, NY. Next, my lawyers appealed the denial of bail and the honest Judge granted the appeal.

After suffering solitary confinement 23 hours a day in federal prison and after being held for 119 days, I was released on October 21 after posting $500,000 cash, but remain under House Arrest, with an electronic monitoring bracelet, forbidden to speak to the media or use the internet. I have not been able to work since June.

I went on trial in federal court in Brooklyn, NY on December 1, but the trial ended in a hung jury that voted 9 to 3 in favor of acquittal (Not guilty). As such, I must go on trial AGAIN starting on March 1.

My lawyers explained to me that the amount of work they had to do so far was enormous and a second trial means even more work. That means another round of legal fees!

The pending second trial means thousands more for lawyer fees, thousands more for air fare and hotels and thousands more for transcripts and copies.

Since I has been unable to work since June and am still under house arrest, money is a real problem. A mortgage had to be taken on my house to bail him out, so no money can be gotten there. My wife had to sell the house she inherited from her mother in law to help support the family, but that closing has yet to take place. The family savings has been utterly wiped out with legal fees from the prior trial, so I is in a huge jam.

North Bergen, NJ -- The trial of radio host Hal Turner lead to some startling revelations which the media has barely covered. We have obtained the official Transcript of the trial and provide some details that you may find interesting.

According to Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC) Amy Pickett, the third highest ranking FBI Official in New York City, Hal Turner was involved in "National Security Intelligence." According to Pickett's testimony whioch appears in a scanned image of the official Trial transcript below, Hal Turner dealt with "National Securtity Intelligence, terrorism and foreign counterintelligence" while he serveed with the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF).

According to Pickett, what Hal Turner did for the United States was ". . . really so serious that it cannot be handled at the local level. It has to go up to the Department of Justice."

WOW! How's that for a surprise?!

The next scanned image (below) of Page 555 of the official Trial Transcript shows Assistant U.S. Attorney William Hogan told the Jury "There is no evidence in this case of any criminal activity committed by Hal Turner while he was an FBI Agent."

So now that the truth is out, how is it that Hal was arrested and put on trial for doing in 2009 what he did in 2002, did again in 2005 (twice) on National TV, did again in 2007 on his web site and did again in 2008 on his radio show?

If saying a federal Judge was "worthy of death" wasn't a crime in 2002 when Hal said it on radio station WBCQ, and those same words were not a crime when he repeated them on DATELINE NBC and again a week later on "At Large" with Geraldo Rivera on FOX NEWS CHANNEL. . . . . and were not a crime when he said them about a different Judge during his radio show in 2007 or again in 2008. . . . . then how were such words a crime in June 2009 for which Hal was arrested?

The simple truth is that what Hal said in his online editorial which he posted on June 2, 2009 were not a threat. They were not a crime. The entire case against Hal is crap and the jury in his trial saw it. That's why they voted 9 to 3 in favor of acquittal.

Given these irrefutable facts, revealed under oath by officials of the FBI during Hal's trial earlier this month, when will sanity return to the system and these charges against Hal be disposed of?

A second trial is scheduled for March 1. In the meantime, it might be nice to hear from Hal's most ardent critics. What do they have to say about Hal now that it turns out what he was doing on the air was an FBI operation designed to protect America?

Looks like Little Harold can't even keep his mouth shut from prison. Hal always writes about himself as a 3rd party. But Hal Turner is the author of all the below.

Hal Turner was recruited by the FBI Join Terrorism Task Force in around 2002.
The FBI was concerned about terrorism after 9-11. They wanted as many sources of information as they could get to prevent innocent people from being killed. Like any other normal person, Hal wanted innocent people protected from madmen bent on bombing shopping malls, hospitals, schools, or flying planes into buildings.

The FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force offered to become an “Anonymous Benefactor” to pay for Hal’s radio show-related travel expenses if he agreed to keep his ears open. Hal felt that it was fair, so he agreed.

Later, he was approached by supervisory people who were higher up in the FBI. They wanted Hal to be an “Intelligence Operative”. They pointed out how radical, Marxist-oriented left-wing liberals, their politicians and their judges were destroying the fabric of America. Liberal Legislation was socializing the land, Liberal Immigration policy left our borders wide open, and Liberal Judges were shredding the Constitution. Hal fully agreed with that analysis. These FBI higher-ups spoke to Hal about how Conservatives were too modest to resort to “street activism” and how the reluctance of the right to go out in the streets is causing us to lose the culture war. (Such remains the case to this very day.)

They spoke to him about the need to use the tactics of the Left - - - to DEFEAT the Left, by: 1) Infiltration of Left-Wing Groups
2) Demonization of the Enemy
3) Sabotaging Left-wing meetings/projects
4) Fomenting Street Action

Hal jumped at the chance at to do this. Hal felt like a kid in a candy store! Finally, those on the right would be doing what needed doing! They operated under the notion: “ The end justifies the means”.

The higher-ups in the FBI told Hal that he would be paid in cash – through the Confidential Informer Budget – “which is the one pile of cash that Congress won’t audit!” – They ACTUALLY said that!

The higher-ups made it clear to Hal that NO ONE could ever know; NOT EVEN the guys that were “handling him” on the JTTF. Hal agreed to this. Not even his family had any idea that this was happening.

During Hal’s on-again/off-again 6 years with JTTF Hal was given many tasks, among them:

Flush out the ADL/AIPAC “moles” within the FBI and US Dept of Justice (USDOJ). According to the FBI, the ADL has a long criminal history of accessing police files. The FBI knew it had information leaks which had impaired many investigations of Israeli, Jewish, and other suspects. The FBI wanted to plug up those leaks.

Hal was tasked to viciously, internationally, and savagely assail jews. He was told to hurl invective bigotry, anti-semitism and outright hate at Israeli jews, jewish groups, judges, legislators, and businesses. These were not his views, but the image he was ordered to project.

The FBI knew (and still know) that as soon as these groups identify a new “threat”, they first research everything they can get their hands on about that ‘threat’, regardless of the legality of the search. This includes grabbing FBI files. They look for ‘dirt’. The FBI had installed a special symbol in Hal’s file. Whenever his FBI file was accessed by ANYONE, ANYWHERE, a report of the inquiry was generated directly to the JTTF. This way the FBI could find out who, in what office/agency, was looking at Hal’s file immediately after he launched his anti-semetic, anti-Israel verbal onslaught.

In less than one month, this operation uncovered more than 240 ‘moles’ in the FBI, CIA, USDOJ, NSA, House of Representatives, the US Senate, the White House, various State Police, and even overseas governments!

This operation was a stunning success!

Countless “leaks” were plugged. Inside the FBI, people were cut off from certain information access, re-assigned, urged to retire, or fired. Agencies, like the Pennsylvania State Police, had their access to certain information severely curtailed. Similarly, the US Capitol Police had to be discretely cut off.

Hal’s work for the FBI helped secure out national law enforcement information from people using it to advance their criminalistic goals. He is proud of the work he’s done to help his country.

Unfortunately, these groups somehow found out about this when President Obama came into office.

Hal is jailed on false charges –payback for what he did/said. The ADL was even quoted by the Assistant District Attorney as he argued before the judge in New Jersey that Hal should be denied bail! They obviously wanted Hal to know who is doing this to him, and WHY! Judge Ashman, the Judge that presided over the bail hearing(s) in Chicago is also the judge that signed the Search warrant for Hal’s home. Coincidence? Not likely.

The higher-ups in the FBI were so pleased with Hal’s work they gave him more to do, much more. Hal will ultimately tell it all – here’s one more sample of what he was TOLD to do: Target the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).

The FBI believed (and still believes) that the SPLC had one or more informants inside “Elohim City” where the bombing of the Murrah Federal Building was allegedly planned. The FBI believes that the SPLC KNEW about the bomb plans but DELIBERATELY CONCEALED that knowledge so as to let the bombings happen! The SPLC then used the bombing to raise $100 Million to battle such “HATE”.
The FBI executed a ‘Sneak Peak” “FISA” warrant on SPLC headquarters to copy computer data, install keystroke loggers, audio listening devices and more. Once all that was in place, it was time for a “Rally”. Hal got together with other pro-whites and staged a big rally outside the SPLC headquarters in Montgomery, Alabama.

Thanks to the FISA warrant, and telephone taps via the USA Patriot Act – every contact, informant, media lackey, attorney, client and vendor to SPLC was identified, cataloged, researched, and listed. Got them all --- but cannot go after them for a misprision of a felony relating to Oklahoma City. The FBI knows that the SPLC is guilty, they just can’t prove it!

Hal was proud to be able to do this to the SPLC. To his thinking, they are an Un-American, subversive group that deserves what Hal helped the FBI do.

When the media in Chicago heard in open court that Hal was an Intelligence Operative, they sat in stunned dis-belief. When they heard Assistant US Attorney Hogan ADMIT it was true, the media exploded with news coverage --- using the term ‘informant’. They are simpletons.

Now you all know that what Hal did was far different from being a ‘rat’. He WAS NO ‘SNITCH’!

NOT ONE right-wing or “pro-white” group was ever investigated, searched, probed, arrested, indicted or jailed because of Hal’s activities. NOT ONE! ANYWHERE! EVER!

The people in the FBI that Hal worked with are all right-wingers and devout Christians like Hal. They all grew up in a very different America. They are all patriots who see the writing on the wall - like Hal.

They have him jailed as a --- a “high level threat” --- in Total isolation 24 hours a day! At the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago where Hal is being held, there are murders, rapists, armed robbers, mobsters, drug king-pins, gang-bangers and child molesters; THEY all get to leave their cells to watch TV and movies, play board games, cards or read. Hal CANNOT! He is kept in his cell – ALONE – 23 hours a day on weekdays, and 24 hours a day on weekends. Hal may call his family once a month!
When these murderers, etc., get their daily “recreation” they are taken out on the roof of MCC. Hal cannot go. Instead, he is walked, handcuffed, 20 feet from his cell to a 10’ by 10’ room which has a broken exercise bike and a pull-up bar. He says in that room for one hour, cuffed again, and walked back to his cell.

He is allowed to shower on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, he is walked, handcuffed, to the shower, give 5 minutes to wash and given clean underwear (but NOT a clean jump-suit) cuffed again and walked back to his cell. Hal’s bed linens are weeks old – no clean sheets or blankets for Hal!

Although Hal has some money in his commissary account, he can not use it in the same way those other prisoners can use it. They can buy all commissary items, while Hal cannot! All the criminals that have been mentioned here have been TRIED and CONVICTED! Hal HAS NOT!

This is what it’s like to be a political prisoner, held and abused by the left. They outright lie to make up false charges, jail you without bail, and then restrict you in prison worse than they do a murderer. This is the kind of thing we used to hear about in the former Soviet Union. Now, it’s happening here in the USA.

A white supremacist gang member was arrested after deputies found him with heroin and a rifle modified "for offensive use," Yuba County Sheriff Steve Durfor said Tuesday.

At about 11 p.m. Monday, two deputies saw a sport utility vehicle parked in a field near the Yuba Gardens Apartments in the 1800 block of Hammonton-Smartville Road in East Linda.

Because of recent reports of drug use and sales in the area, the deputies approached the occupants, gang member David Alan Waterbury Jr. of Linda and Brian Keith Alfrey of Olivehurst, both 23 years old.

Because Waterbury was on probation and Alfrey on parole, the deputies were able to search the SUV and found a .22-caliber rifle on the floor and ammunition in the driver's door grip, Durfor said.

The rifle's serial number had been scratched off and the stock replaced with a pistol grip. Waterbury admitted painting the gun black.

Waterbury said he bought the rifle for $20, "which meant it was probably stolen," said Durfor.

The ammunition had been modified to mushroom on impact in order to inflict greater injury, the sheriff said.

The modifications to the rifle and ammunition indicate they were not intended for self-defense or hunting, Durfor said.

A small bag of heroin and a binder containing gang-related slogans and artwork were also found in the SUV.

In a 2008 interview, John Summers, Yuba County's director of family court services and a chronicler of area gang activity, said white supremacist gangs, including Another Order and New Order, may be the fastest growing in Yuba County.

Waterbury was arrested on possession of heroin and a gun with an altered serial number and committing a felony as a gang member. Alfrey is charged with possession of a gun and ammunition by a felon.

The records of both men include convictions for theft, said Sheriff's Department spokeswoman Melanie Oakes.

Waterbury and Alfrey were being held Tuesday in Yuba County Jail on $20,000 and $25,000 bail, respectively

Holland Township Police Sgt. John Harris says workers from the state Division of Youth and Family Services on Tuesday removed 3-year-old Adolf Hitler Campbell and his younger sisters, JoyceLynn Aryan Nation Campbell and Honszlynn Hinler Jeannie Campbell from their home Tuesday.

Harris says family services did not tell police the reason the children were removed. Agency spokeswoman Kate Bernyk says it does not comment on specific cases.

The children and their parents, Heath and Deborah Campbell, received attention last month when a supermarket bakery refused to put Adolf Hitler Campbell's name on a birthday cake.

FBI agents found a how-to manual for assassins when they searched the apartment of a U.S. neo-Nazi charged with threatening to kill an Ottawa lawyer, documents show.

The book, Hit Man: A Technical Manual for Independent Contractors, was seized during the court-approved Oct. 17, 2008, search of Bill White's apartment in Roanoke, Va., says an FBI property report.

A grand jury indicted Mr. White on Dec. 11 for allegedly threatening five people including Canadian Richard Warman, whose campaign against Internet hate speech has angered right-wing extremists.

A self-styled "commander" of the far-right American National Socialist Workers Party, Mr. White had written "Kill Richard Warman" on his Web site and posted the human rights lawyer's home address.

Warman "should be drug out into the street and shot," Mr. White wrote, adding he "is an enemy, not just of the white race, but of all humanity and must be killed. Find him at home and let him know you agree."

Mr. White has denied making any threats.

In September, Mr. Warman and Canadian Jewish Congress CEO Bernie Farber traveled to Virginia to testify before a grand jury that was hearing the case against Mr. White. (Threatening comments about Mr. Farber had also been posted on Mr. White's Web site.)

Federal investigators subsequently raided two Virginia addresses linked to Mr. White. The searches yielded computer equipment, files on other white supremacists, a letter about Jewish writer Elie Wiesel and a single copy of Hit Man, which was taken out of print a decade ago after a man murdered three people in Maryland and claimed he had used the book as a how-to guide.

"Within the pages of this book you will learn one of the most successful methods of operation used by an independent contractor," reads the preface. "Step by step you will be taken from research to equipment selection to job preparation to successful job completion."

In addition to Mr. Warman, Mr. White allegedly threatened a Miami Herald columnist and a New Jersey mayor between 2006 and 2008, according to the indictment. After announcing the charges U.S. prosecutor Julia Dudley said Mr. White has the right to free speech but "he does not have the right to threaten to injure, intimidate and extort innocent people."

William A. White, the Roanoke neo-Nazi figure who is being held in Chicago on federal charges of encouraging violence against a juror, has been indicted in Roanoke on more federal charges.

In a seven-count indictment announced today, he is charged with threatening five individuals in the United States and Canada and with attempting to intimidate participants in a federal housing discrimination lawsuit in Virginia Beach.

White, who owns rental property in the city and describes himself as the commander of the Roanoke-based American National Socialist Workers Party, has attracted widespread attention with Internet postings that seem to call for attacks on blacks and Jews. The black teens charged with assault in Jena, La., author Elie Wiesel, columnist Leonard Pitts, president-elect Barack Obama and journalists at The Roanoke Times, among many others, have been subjects of White's posts in recent years. White has described the posts as satire and protected free speech.

"William A. White's views and opinions of the world have been much publicized and well documented over the years," Acting U.S. Attorney Julia Dudley said in a news conference today. "However, this case is not about William A. White's views or his opinions about the world, or his right to exercise freedom of speech.

"This case is about William A. White making late-night phone calls and sending threats in e-mails to college professors, bank employees, lawyers, mayors, newspaper reporters and their families. ...

"This case is about innocent people being threatened, intimidated and extorted by a man that in most cases, they don't know and have never met."

Today's indictment comes less than a week after a federal judge in Chicago ordered White held without bond. White is charged in Chicago with posting a juror's address and telephone numbers on his Web site, which federal authorities say was an invitation for others to harm the man. According to White's post, the juror played a key role in convicting Matthew Hale, a fellow white supremacist, in 2004.

Hale is serving a 40-year prison sentence for soliciting the murder of a judge who ruled against him in a trademark infringement case involving the name of his organization, the World Church of the Creator.

In ordering White held with no bond, U.S. District Judge William Hibbler cited concerns about what White's followers might do at his urging if he were to be released.

The new charges stem from incidents in which White is accused of threatening, via e-mails, phone calls and online postings:

* a Citibank employee during a dispute about a business account. Prosecutors say White threatened to make public the employee's personal information and mentioned the murder of a federal judge's family, saying "Lord knows that drawing too much publicity and making people upset" led to the murders. White also faces an extortion charge linked to the dispute.

* nationally syndicated columnist Leonard Pitts.

* a professor at the University of Maryland. The professor apparently taught a seminar that White found offensive.

* a Canadian lawyer involved in an effort to close a Canada-based Internet Web site that White administered.

The charges of communicating threats in interstate commerce each carry a maximum penalty of five years in prison. The charge of communicating an extortion threat in interstate commmerce carries a maximum 20-year sentence. The witness intimidation charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years. Each charge also carries a possible fine of up to $250,000.

After nearly seven years of being in the “pro-white” movement I feel its time to retire. After taking the last month in half to think things over I have come to the conclusion that the entire “pro-white” movement is a joke. In my seven years worth of experience I’ve never witness anything good from it. Instead I have met the biggest group of hypocrites, back-stabbers and anti-social misfits one could ever come across. I have much better things to do with my time, energy and money.

I have met enough odd balls in this “pro-white” to know walking away is the right thing to do. Never in my life have I met a group of mentally ill, white trash and anti-social group of scumbags in my life. It’s amazing that so many of these people exist. I think back and one thought kept coming up – “Who has attacked me the past few years?” No, it wasn’t the Jew, the non-white or other “so-called” enemy of my race. It has been my own people. The Randy Grays, Matthew Ramseys, McKinley Mitchells, and Matt Roberts of the world are the ones who have stalked me, harassed me and threaten me. It wasn’t One Peoples Project, the SPLC, or ARA I had to worry about. Instead, it was my “own people” who attacked me.

Looking over my life I realize all my true friends and loyal friends besides a select few, were people that had nothing to do with the “pro-white” movement. I have friends I grew up with since childhood who I’m still close with. Friends from middle and high school are still there in my life. However, besides a very small group of “pro-white” people, hardly any of them remained loyal. Instead these are the ones who back stabbed, slandered or threatened me over the years. And I know that I am better off without these misfits being in my life.

The number of whores, closets homosexuals and liars I’ve met within the “pro-white” movement is something I can do without. These people do nothing useful. Not only are they a total disgrace to the white race, but a total disgrace to all of mankind. Walking away from these people won’t be hard. With that said, I am not joining some ARA group like say Erica Hardwick did. Many of my views such as my religious ones don’t mix well with the ARA mindset. For instance, I can’t accept gay or transgender rights. With that said, I plan on spending much of my free time exposing facts and truths about the frauds within the “pro-white” movement.

I do want to thank a small group of “pro-white” people who were good friends. These people are Phil Anderson, Pastor Visser, Demonica of VNN and Adrian Trenadue. Even though I will no longer being working with these people, I pray that all of us can still be friends and be on good terms. I have nothing bad to say about any of these people what so ever. They were loyal friends and some of the very rare people who actually practiced what they preached.

As for Bill White, I can say this - He will not be set free. And after being questioned by the FBI, I can see why. Bill White did break the law and I regret now that I stood behind him after his arrest. I believe in free speech and don’t believe that Bill should be held for juror tampering. With that said, he did break other laws. He stated on live radio that people should kill Richard Warman. He didn’t say he hoped he died or that he wished the man died, Bill clearly said to “kill him” and gave out his address. Bill also told the news in Tampa that he wished a crazy would kill Leonard Pitts and the people in the Newsroom. Bill also asked me to hide evidence during one of his many investigations – also illegal and yes, the FBI knows all about it. No, I didn’t snitch on Bill White. The FBI had the call taped.

Bill White also lied and truly didn’t care about anyone with the ANSWP. Once he was in jail I stood behind his wife. I wrote people and emailed people asking people to donate funds to her. She was nice and only called when she and Bill wanted me to testify in his behalf. Since that time she has not called to inform me of any updates. Instead she has only told things to Chris Drake and Jarl, leaving the rest of the ANSWP clueless. Bill also went behind my back and wanted to cut a deal by selling his membership list to Eric Gliebe (how ever you spell his name) and have the ANSWP join forces with the National Alliance. Being a Regional Leader, I was supposed to have a say in this matter. Instead, Bill planned this with other ANSWP people behind my back. And that is okay by me. I just want Megan, Bill’s wife, to know that I have no plans to testify in his behalf.

Every group I have joined has been a complete failure. So below I am going to take the time to name the groups and give some facts and personal eye witness accounts of each. Enjoy!

Imperial Klans of America (IKA) – Was the first group I ever joined. Led by Ron Edwards and National HQ based out of my home state of Kentucky. This group was a joke. I met men who beat women and a countless number of drunks. Most of the members were high school dropouts or people of low education. Ron was jobless while his wife was working paying the bills – what a “tough” white man! Once I quit members of the IKA harassed me for the next few years. Lucky the IKA recently lost a 2.5 million dollar lawsuit and will no longer be a factor…. Wait they haven’t been a factor the past two years anyways.

White Revolution – I stayed in this group for a quick two months. Knowing the people within this group was enough to make anyone with an IQ over 80 quit. You had Mark Martin, which is laughable. Some 400 girl from Arizona that seemed to stalk Mark Martin, also funny. A mentally ill man in Kentucky who blew his brains out. Their South Carolina leader Billy Brown dated a girl with mixed children. I mean, I could go on but I think you get the point. Oh yeah, Bill Roper was their leader, enough said,

Knights Party – Led by career con-man, Thom Robb. Like money making preachers you see on television, “Pastor” Robb will sell you a $350 brick for “White Christian Revival” – other words the money goes in his wallet. For a “Christian” I question the people I met within this group. Richard Hensley of HQ staff and David Barnett of North Carolina were divorced, a sin last time I checked my Bible. A guy named Phil was a former pot dealer. A woman from New York wore an upside down cross (symbol of Satan). Randy Gray, a high school dropout, seems to have a homosexual fixation on me which is very sick and disturbing to say the least.

American National Socialist Workers Party – At first we did great activism. The last few months I realize we only went after people that made Bill White mad. We no longer did political activism. All our time was spent on people Bill hated. Bill would appoint people like me to leadership roles and never listen to my advice. I told him for months to kick Justin Boyer out. Boyer, who spells like a retarded child, was a disgrace for anyone calling themselves a man. Instead, Bill allowed Boyer to make a complete mockery out of us. I find it funny now that Boyer testified against Bill. I also told Bill to kick Tim Bland out. Bill ripped me for this and took Bland’s side. MEMPHIS, TN – A former leader of the Ku Klux Klan says a white supremacist rally will still take place in Mississippi.

The “International Euro Conference” was scheduled to take place at the Whispering Woods Hotel and Conference Center in Olive Brach, Mississippi. DeSoto County officials issued a state of emergency to prepare for the event. Shortly after, the hotel cancelled the reservations for the conference. In a statement, officials said the hotel was, "committed to the safety and well being of our customers, guests and employees."

In a news conference Thursday, November 6, 2008, Duke announced that the conference would still take place in Mississippi. He says he is expecting a big turnout, including some of his followers in the Mid-South. Duke says he is not releasing the location of the conference due to safety concerns and what he calls, “terroristic threats”. Members of his group will be notified just before the event, said Duke. He says conference goers will meet at a secret location and then carpool to the event.
